York Tennis Club offers six fully floodlit astro courts, year-round coaching, and a buzzing calendar of social and competitive play. Pick up the game from scratch, return after a break, or chase promotion with our teams. Pay & Play if you’re new. Join once you’re hooked!
Established in 1966, we’re an LTA-registered club with a fully-qualified coaching team, run by a dedicated committee of volunteers. Proper tennis and a proper community.

- Coaching for all - Our programme has something for everyone: juniors and adults, members and non-members, from beginners to team players. One-on-one coaching is also available.

- Teams & competitions – We currently have 15 teams competing in local Ladies, Men's & Mixed leagues, as well as internal club ladders and box leagues.
